Meet the District Improvement Strategy Office (DISO) Team
Director:
Adrienne Cruz joined CDE in June 2022 and is the Director of the District Improvement Strategy Office in the Field Services and Supports Unit. Adrienne has been serving in Colorado schools including public, private, charter, Turnaround, and Title I since 2002 as a teacher, assistant principal, culture and climate coach, instructional coach and most recently was an elementary school principal. In her free time, she enjoys the mountains, reading, and spending time with her family.
Professional Learning Coach:
Victory Molina joined CDE in August of 2023 and is the Professional Learning Coach for the District Improvement Strategy Office in the Field Services and Supports Unit. Victory has been a Colorado public school educator in the Pikes Peak region since 2000 as a teacher, RtI Coordinator, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Victory's commitment to lifelong learning has remained unwavering, positioning her as a perpetual student and collaborator. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, watching movies, and spending time with family.
