CDE Mill Levy Certification (December)

Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS) 22-2-113.8 requires school districts to report to CDE the amount of mill levy revenue authorized for collection addition to the district’s Total Program mill levy, excluding revenue generated for Capital Improvements in Growth School Districts. School districts are required to submit the CDE Mill Levy Certification on or before December 15. The CDE Mill Levy Certification is to be reflective of the information districts are required to certify with the board of county commissioners and county treasurer.

Submission of the CDE Mill Levy Certification via the online form is required by December 15, 2026. The district’s Certification of Valuations from each county must be uploaded to the district Syncplicity Link by the same date.
