Fingerprinting for CDE Licensure - Approved Vendor Selection
To submit fingerprints for any license or authorization issued by CDE pursuant to the Educator Licensing Act per 22-60.5-103, C.R.S., select one of the CBI approved fingerprinting vendors listed below to set up an appointment. Locations and appointments vary by vendor and are available on their websites.

Service Code/Unique ID: 25YFZK - Select this link to automatically initiate the process to schedule your fingerprint appointment at an IdentoGO enrollment center.
Mail-in Card Conversion Service: Yes. Select this link and then select the link titled "Submit a Fingerprint Card by Mail."
Process: This link will direct you to IdentoGO's website where all of the information necessary for submitting fingerprints for CDE will be auto-populated for you. During the process of scheduling your appointment, you will be able to select a location near you.
No payment will be collected until you arrive at your service appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, open the email that you received at the time you booked the appointment and click on the link to check your status and then click the "Cancel Appointment" link.

Process: This link will direct you to American Bioidentity/Colorado Fingerprinting's website where you will need to login or create an account. Then follow these steps:
- Select “CO Licensure/Employment Cabs” for the reason you need to be fingerprinted. This should be the first option on that list.
- Then select "ED-CDE Educator Licensing Act...." The code 1134ETPI should auto-populate the next box on the screen. If it does not, go back and check your prior selections, because without that code, CDE will not receive your results and you will need to submit another set under the correct reason and code.
- Important note: If at any time you are asked to provide a school district, you are NOT submitting for CDE licensure purposes.
- Payment is due upon completing your registration and this vendor does not offer any refunds. Contact them directly about rescheduling an appointment.
