Registration is free and most meals are provided. Lodging is provided for eligible participants. Interpretation, translation, and accommodations are available.

• Parents of children with disabilities 0-21 who are receiving special education services through an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP) or Individualized Education Program (IEP). Parents may bring a support person of their choosing such as another parent of the child, a spouse, grandparent, or friend.
• Professionals who provide special education services through an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) or Individualized Education Program (IEP) or support those students in the public school system or Early Intervention.  (General education teachers, special education teachers, school-based related service providers, paras, administrators, school-based RBAs/BCBAs, etc)
• Professionals in federally funded agencies providing support to students and/or parents through Early Intervention, Head Start, CDEC, PEAK Parent Center, Show & Tell, El Grupo Vida, CDHS, etc…
• Preservice educators and related service providers who are currently enrolled in a higher education program preparing to serve students with disabilities.

Children may stay at the hotel with participants if supervised by a responsible adult caregiver. Childcare is not provided. Children may not attend conference sessions, dining areas, or small groups. Meals are only provided to PEP participants. Participants are responsible for any hotel charges related to additional guests.
