2026-2027 Early Literacy Assessment Tool Project Application Timeline

October 1, 2025: ELAT Letters of Intent to Apply/Continue for the 2025-2026 School Year Released. - October 22, 2025: ELAT Letters of Intent to Apply/Continue Due.
- February 18, 2026: Anticipated ELAT Request for Applications (RFA) Release.
- February 19, 2026, 10:00 AM: ELAT Application Information Webinar
- April 15, 2026: ELAT Applications Due.
- Late or incomplete applications may not be accepted based on the number of complete applications submitted by the due date.
- April 15th-May 5th: ELAT Project applications under review for the 2026-2027 school year.
2026-2027 ELAT Application Resources
All ELAT Project Applications are due April 15, 2026. Application materials will be available on February 18, 2026.
