Discipline Interchange

The Discipline Interchange file process started in the 2023-2024 school year and contains one file: the Discipline Action File.  In the file, each incident of a state reportable behavior or a state reportable discipline action that occurred during the school year will be reported. These records are reported at the student level.

This information is used in the Student Discipline Snapshot for all students.
