Attendance Works is pleased to offer our highly-rated, three-part e-training for educators to learn proven, evidence-based, tiered strategies to promote attendance and engagement using a team approach.

Attendance matters deeply to you and your community. This cohort brings together Colorado leaders doing this work to sharpen their strategies, strengthen their systems, and learn from each other.

Applications are accepted until September 30, 2026.

New and returning participants are welcome. Teams of two or more are encouraged. Once your application is complete, you will receive a confirmation with next steps.

Building Restorative Systems, One Tier at a Time

The Restorative Practices Learning Series provide school and district teams with sustained professional learning and networking to strengthen restorative practices across their systems. Through monthly virtual sessions, participants deepen their understanding of restorative approaches while collaborating with peers to address implementation challenges, share successes, and develop practical solutions.

Format: Each session includes a focused 45-minute professional learning module paired with a 60-minute Community of Practice, creating space for networking and collaborative problem-solving.

Audience: School leaders, deans, district support staff, teachers, and other educators supporting school implementation

Schedule:

• Cohort 1: Third Wednesday of each month, September-December, 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Description: Join us for a brief webinar on hot topics in the field followed by a problem solving opportunity to work with other grantees funded by the Dropout Prevention office.  Come prepared to share and receive feedback and ideas on an issue or challenge you are facing during this 2-hour problem of practice experience.  

Every six weeks, we’ll host a virtual opportunity for grantees to deepen their understanding of effective practices, key implementation milestones and connect with others in the field. This series is designed to provide support in a way that has not been structured for grantees before, focusing on the core components of Ninth Grade Success work.
