Annual Updates to the ELNA and Action Plan Revisions

Update the ELNA annually and revise the action plan.

1. Review implementation of the action plan. 
2. Review data informing the impact of the strategies chosen and the action steps taken.
3. Update data in Steps 2-3, including additional ELNA data sources made available through previous action steps. 
4. Complete Steps 4-6 to update ongoing agreements and action plans. 
5. As changes occur within your community, it is recommended to periodically revisit and redo the entire process to ensure procedures and processes are accurate and reflect the community. These changes might include shifting early childhood landscape, personnel, strategies to best meet the needs of children and families in the community.
