Pre-work: Initial Preparation

Leveraging existing relationships and partnerships, begin by identifying a core team of early childhood and elementary leaders that is manageable within current local context. Membership may include elementary leadership, early childhood leadership, and leadership from community early childhood organizations, agencies, or programs.
