Educator Career Navigation Office Hours
We are here to support anyone who has questions about obtaining an educator license, early childhood qualification or deciphering the appropriate pathway to become an educator. Office Hours Sessions take place on Zoom every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 11am to 12pm. A member of CDE's Educator Recruitment and Retention (ERR) team and the Early Childhood Career Navigation (ECCN) team will be available at each scheduled virtual office hours session.

Financial Assistance Opportunities for Aspiring and Current Educators
Are you a paraprofessional interested in becoming a licensed educator? Are you seeking to become a licensed educator using the alternative license pathway? You may be eligible for a one-time financial award of up to $10,000 to pay for your educator preparation costs in exchange for a 3-year commitment to teaching in a Colorado public school through our Educator Recruitment and Retention Program.
