Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Program Sponsors, Related Instruction Providers and Employers

The following sponsors, related instruction providers and employers have been approved by the Colorado State Board of Education to offer Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Programs.  

CareerWise Colorado (Sponsor)

CareerWise Colorado is the nation's leading nonprofit dedicated to expanding modern youth apprenticeship opportunities. CareerWise Colorado was founded on the mission to serve as an intermediary for employers to expand and jump start the adoption of apprenticeships across Colorado to help meet labor shortages in the state. CareerWise Colorado has been a youth apprenticeship intermediary for eight years and a multi-employer program sponsor for youth apprenticeship for the last seven years through the U.S. Department of Labor for a variety of high-growth and high-vacancy occupations. Cherry Creek School District (Sponsor)

Cherry Creek School District is deeply committed to creating a pathway of purpose for every one of its 53,000 students and needs a rich, deep and diverse set of talented educators to accomplish that expectation. To that end, it has created the Aspiring Educator Pathway - an approved Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Program - to broaden its ability to recruit, prepare, support and retain the best faculty aligned with its mission, vision and core values. 

Along with its large and committed group of experienced and successful to educators to serve as mentors,  district building leaders will ensure that their apprentices have successful daily experiences through the four-year apprenticeship cycle.
