CareerWise Colorado is the nation's leading nonprofit dedicated to expanding modern youth apprenticeship opportunities. CareerWise Colorado was founded on the mission to serve as an intermediary for employers to expand and jump start the adoption of apprenticeships across Colorado to help meet labor shortages in the state. CareerWise Colorado has been a youth apprenticeship intermediary for eight years and a multi-employer program sponsor for youth apprenticeship for the last seven years through the U.S. Department of Labor for a variety of high-growth and high-vacancy occupations.
