Colorado Grants Administration Implementation and Navigation System (GAINS)
Grants Open Now in GAINS
The Colorado Department of Education’s (CDE) Grants Program Administration (GPA) Unit is seeking feedback from users on grant and award applications, fund requests, and other related collections processed through the Grants Administration Implementation and Navigation System (GAINS). Users are asked to submit feedback through this survey form between January 27 and February 27.
GPA will use the feedback received to inform future features, functions, and process enhancements in GAINS. Please reach out at GAINS@cde.state.co.us for any questions about the survey.
GAINS Access
- Districts will use the "Sign in with CDE Identity Management (IdM)" option from the GAINS Sign-In screen. Charter Schools and Community-Based Organizations will use the native login setup through CDE
- Charter Schools should submit the Charter School Access Form to receive login credentials and assign roles and permissions.
- CBOs should use the non-district organization GAINS access form.
