Order HSE Diplomas & Transcripts

Starting March 9, 2026 DiplomaSender's live customer support hours (for chat and callbacks) will be 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday-Friday. You may still use the chat outside of these hours, but a human agent will only be available to respond during those hours if you need individual help.
The Colorado Department of Education partners with DiplomaSender to maintain all HSE records and help test takers order their HSE documents via email and mail. These are not issued automatically and the Colorado HSE Office does not provide these documents; testers must visit DiplomaSender to order their records after completing their GED® or HiSET® tests.

How to Create an Account
First:
- Go to www.diplomasender.com
- Select "Register"
- Select "HSE - High School Equivalency" for your record type and then select "yes"
- Choose Colorado as your state
- Select "no" that you did not graduate from a high school
- Click "Continue"
Next:
- Enter your email address and phone number; click "Continue"
- Provide your identification information and click "Continue"
- Use the exact name used when tested
- If records are not found, you will be directed to make a request for support
- An archive search may be needed if you tested in 1992 or earlier
Cost
- FREE - original diploma ordered after passing an HSE exam
- FREE - original transcript ordered after passing an HSE exam
- $23 - duplicate diploma, transcript, or letter of verification
- Payment can be made with a debit or credit card

These turnaround times depend on having an electronic copy of the record. Accessing archive records requires additional time.
