Introducing the New ICAP Model
Supporting Every Student's Postsecondary Future
Colorado’s updated ICAP Model strengthens how schools support students in planning for life after graduation.
The model organizes ICAP into a tiered system of supports and emphasizes meaningful planning and postsecondary readiness.

The PWR of ICAP
ICAP is a multi-year process that intentionally guides students and families in the exploration of career, academic and postsecondary opportunities.
