When students engage in Career Development, they:

  • know the difference between jobs, occupations, and careers
  • can articulate local, regional, national and global career pathways and opportunities.
  • consider economic and cultural influences and the impact of stereotypes on career choice

When meaningfully implemented, the practice of cultural responsiveness and equity is expected.
