SCCGP Fiscal Requirements
Budget Workbooks
Budget Workbooks are submitted each year in May for approval of the following school year's planned costs.
- All budget items must be approved by both the CDE Program and Fiscal Departments prior to funds being spent.
- Revisions must be submitted for approval if changes need to occur.
- The last day to submit a budget revision for FY2025-26 is May 15, 2026.

Submit Cohorts 12 and 13 FY2025-26 budget revisions through Smartsheet
Submit Cohort 13 FY2026-27 Continuation Budgets and revisions through Smartsheet
Financial Reporting
The Interim Financial Report (IFR) and Annual Financial Report (AFR)/ Final Expenditure Report (FER) must be submitted each fiscal year.
- The AFR/FER is due September 30, 2025.
- Expenditures from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
- The IFR is due on February 13, 2026.
- Expenditures from July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
- The AFR/FER is due September 30, 2026.
- Expenditures from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
