September - December 2025: Office of Postsecondary & Workforce Readiness (PWR) hosts six PWR Regional Trainings across the state to increase awareness of changes to PWR programs, funding, and reporting.

February 2026: Notice of Rulemaking for the Rules for the Administration of Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Sustain Funding, 1 CCR 301-117; and Rulemaking Hearing (Continued) for the Rules for the Administration of Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Start-Up Funding, 1 CCR 301-116

March 2026: Rulemaking Discussion: Rules for the Administration of Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Start-Up Funding, 1 CCR 301-116

• Rules approved.

April 2026: Rulemaking Hearing for the Rules for the Administration of Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Sustain Funding, 1 CCR 301-117

• The board directed staff to revise the draft rules with further recommendations and to hold additional feedback sessions before returning in May for a vote.
