Alignment to Existing Work

The Landscape of Wellbeing and Belonging is designed to connect—not compete with—the many frameworks, systems, and initiatives already guiding school improvement efforts. As a foundational framework, the Landscape helps schools align wellbeing and belonging with existing structures such as COMTSS, professional quality standards, improvement planning processes, and other state and national frameworks. By creating coherence across these efforts, schools can strengthen implementation, reduce initiative fatigue, and ensure that all work contributes toward a shared vision of thriving students, staff, families, and communities.

The Goal of Alignment
